I am Jean-François (or Jeff). I work at ICN Business School as an Assistant Professor researching about the psychological impact of technology on workers and teaching courses on human behavior in organizational settings.
Welcome to my page, which aims at sharing my passion for research, teaching and impact. I hope you will find my topics as interesting as I do. And if you feel we could work together on a research project, please contact me!
My research interests revolve around the psychological impact of technology on workers. Within this area, I am interested in a wide range of topics such as technostress, cyberdeviancy, telecommuting, virtual teams, E-leadership, etc.
You can find more details of my research projects, my research methods and philosophy as well as useful resources for fellow researchers on my research page. Below is also a short video presenting my current PhD project.
My main discipline is Organizational Behavior, which investigates human behavior in organizational settings or in all situations in which groups of people work together towards common goals. The video below is an example of a social experiment I show to my students.
My teaching page lists the courses I currently teach, presents my teaching philosophy and methods and suggests engaging material such as films.
