Fiction articles

This is a collection of short science-fiction stories on work and technology.

I am passionate about writing, but I chose to write professionally as an academic. Although I sometimes write pieces of journalism, I wanted to explore other writing styles in this blog. Science-fiction is a way for me to put my knowledge of business science to entertainment and prospective purposes.

As a scientist, my work is bound to be evidence-based. In science-fiction however, my research is bound to evidence but to my own imagination. In these stories, I want to explore themes I find meaningful, frightening or promising in current business research. I try to imagine futures where even more jobs get replaced by machines, where telecommuting is the norm or where employees prefer to live at work instead...

I wish you a good read and hope you will enjoy my humble short stories!
