I am Jean-François (or Jeff). I work at ICN Business School as an Associate Professor researching about the psychology and management of virtualized work and teaching courses on human behavior in organizational settings.

My Research My research interests revolve around the psychological impact of technology on workers. Within this area, I am interested in a wide range of topics such as technostress, cyberdeviancy, telecommuting, virtual teams, E-leadership, etc.

My Teaching My main discipline is Organizational Behavior, which investigates human behavior in organizational settings or in all situations in which groups of people work together towards common goals. The video below is an example of a social experiment I show to my students.
